Service

• Troubleshooting and Repair Service...
  
  Navionics Research is proud to offer knowledgeable and experienced repair service that is unsurpassed in the rural water SCADA/telemetry industry. Both telephone and on-site support is available; and in order to minimize customer down-time, we maintain a wide inventory of spare parts in stock.
  
  In order to reduce costs to our valued regional customers -- especially those farthest from our office -- round-trip travel time charges will never exceed 2 hours.  For example, if a repair requires 6 hours of round trip travel, only 2 hours of travel time will be billed.
  
  The minimum billing period for work & service is 15 minutes; and all work & service time is billed in 15-minute increments.
  
  The rate for work performed at extreme hours, 10:00pm-6:00am, is the Sunday/Holiday hourly rate listed below.
  
  The rate for work that involves elevated climbs on water tanks and antenna towers is 2.0 times the standard hourly rates listed below.
  
  Base Hourly Rate: $175.00
  Truck Travel Hourly Rate: $175.00
  
  Overtime Hourly Rate: $262.50
  Overtime Truck Travel Hourly Rate: $262.50
  
  Saturday Hourly Rate: $262.50
  Saturday Truck Travel Hourly Rate: $262.50
  
  Sunday/Holiday Hourly Rate: $350.00
